WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Claudia Speak to a Summary Abatement Order at 811 PORTLAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) grant until October 6, 2014 for removal of the plastic buckets, concrete rubble, etc; and 2) grant until December 12, 2014 for the removal of the tables, provided a tarp covers them neatly and effectively; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
