Appeal of Todd A. Erickson to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 2274 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST.
Purpose of Appeal I am a 70 year old DAV that had medical problems and was in the hospital for 5 days in late June at the VA. My June notice was sent late so I received it a couple days before the inspection. I would like to be at the hearing 9-16-14.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Todd A. Erickson to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 2274 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to November 1 14, 2014 for compliance, except for the vehicle violation, which shall be addressed by October 10, 2014; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
