Ratifying the assessments for Tree Removal services from July 2014. (File No. 1410T, Assessment No. 149010)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-1304 accepted the Report of Completion for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree on Private Properties from the month of July 2014; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 15, 2014 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessment roll is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment roll is payable in one (1) installment.
