Preliminary Order setting the date of Public Hearing for November 5, 2014 to consider approval of the 2015 Right-of-Way Maintenance Program and 2015 Above-Standard Lighting Operation and Maintenance Program. (File No. 15ROW FINAL)
Body
In the matter of establishing the level of maintenance to be performed in the city of Saint Paul and the amount of assessments to be levied against benefited properties for the 2015 Right-of-Way Maintenance Program and 2015 Above-Standard Lighting Operation and Maintenance Program.
 
The Council of the City of Saint Paul, having received the report of the Mayor upon the above maintenance improvement and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the 2015 Right-of-Way Maintenance Program has an estimated cost of $43,989,185, of which $29,510,692 will be financed through assessments, with allowance for shrinkage.  The remaining portion of the Program will be financed with Municipal State Aid, Trunk Highway Aid, County Aid, and other financing sources.  
 
2. That the 2015 Above-Standard Lighting Operation and Maintenance Program has an estimated cost of $358,634 which will be financed entirely through Assessments.
 
3. That a public hearing be had on said maintenance improvement on the 5th day of November, 2014, at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
4. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the maintenance improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
