Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a property damage release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Police Department Tort Liability Fund to Carlson & Associates on behalf of American Family Insurance Company as subrogee of Bella Bee Yang the sum of fourteen thousand three hundred forty one dollars and fifty five cents ($14,341.55) in full and final settlement of any and all claims stemming from a motor vehicle accident on or about the 25th day of February, 2013 in Saint Paul, MN.
