Legislative Hearing Staff Comments Applicant said that August 26 was too soon, and he requested a later date. There are no Legislative Hearings being held the following week. Because this is scheduled three weeks out, applicant was told that this appeal will not be rescheduled. Applicant was okay with this. Also, check reads "two signatures required" but applicant said that it will be accepted with one.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Endriash Hawaz, Ethiopian Evangelical Church, to a Correction Notice at 770 SEVENTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until December 1, 2014 for compliance with the discharge of storm water into public sidewalk ROW issue; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
