Purpose of Appeal
Our property was approved for a rental license last year by inspection. All this stuff on the inspector's list was damaged by renters except stove. We have fixed everything except egress window, but we are not advertising it has a three bedroom, so the window should remain shut as if there were no window there. Also, my husband's brother died last night, so we will be traveling to Gary, Indiana for the funeral so we won't be in town for inspection, we will be out of town for FUNERAL.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Cynthia and Curtis Collins to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 1477 ARKWRIGHT STREET, UNIT E., the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
