RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Kongmeng Kue, Tia Keu, and their attorney, Scott D. Eller, Best & Flanagan, LLP, the total sum of Sixty Five Thousand Dollars and no cents ($65,000.00) in full and final settlement of the claims asserted in City of Saint Paul Civil Litigation File No. 2013-00258 for damages arising from the incident occurring on May 3, 2012.
