WHEREAS on June 18, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-30, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services from February 3 to 28, 2014 at 1558 Sherburne Avenue. (File No. J1408A, Assessment No. 148524); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1558 Sherburne Avenue, being described as: Lyman D Bairds Addition Lot 5 Blk 4, with the property identification number 34-29-23-23-0173 was assessed an amount of $240.00, and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment because the order was issued to owner in error as he had done the snow shoveling; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $240.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 14-30 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
