Ratifying the assessment for the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit Project - Downtown. (File No. 19083, Assessment No. 102000)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-1636 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing a new above-standard single globe style lighting system and new streetscape improvements, including boulevard and sidewalk pavers, trees with structural soil and irrigation, upgraded overhead contact system poles, and enhancements at Fourth Street and Cedar Street, and doing all other necessary work to complete the project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 15, 2014 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
