RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of ninety five thousand dollars and no cents ($95,000.00) in full and final settlement of the claims made by Thomas Benjamin Nelson ("Nelson") against the City of Saint Paul, Claims File No. C-120123 for all claims for damages, costs and attorney's fees arising from Nelson's encounter with Saint Paul police officers on January 10, 2012.
