WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Sally Hoppe to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 757 BLAIR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until December 1, 2014 for the items to come into compliance. If owner can provide proof that son is part-owner to property, the property will be out of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
