Title

Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services from May 5 to June 3, 2014. (File No. J1411A, Assessment No. 148535)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-1053 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of May 5 to June 3, 2014; and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 17, 2014 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 14-482:  959 Burr Street;

RLH TA 14-459:  733 Charles Avenue

RLH TA 14-457:  1432 Edmund Avenue;

RLH TA 14-466:  878 Fremont Avenue;

RLH TA 14-447:  665 Fry Street;

RLH TA 14-479:  870 Galtier Street;

RLH TA 14-446:  604 Hawthorne Avenue East;

RLH TA 14-450:  1690 Hyacinth Avenue East;

RLH TA 14-458:  1565 Idaho Avenue East;

RLH TA 14-460:  897 Jessie Street;

RLH TA 14-463:  27 Magnolia Avenue East;

RLH TA 14-449:  310 Morningside Circle;
