Comments: Delete per LHO; Republic Service current with Monday as pick up day. Two Republic containers and Ctiy container present. Email sent to remove City container.
Order to provide proof of garbage service was mailed along with a summary abatement order to clean up the yard on April 25, 2014. Property was re-inspected on April 29, 2014 and was not in compliance. Work orders were issued to Parks to clean up the yard and to drop a city container. City trash service began on April 30, 2014 and was discontinued on June 30, 2014 when the city removed the container. Owner now has garbage service through Republic. Note: J1411G (RLH TA 14-464) was before the LHO on August 5, 2014. The recommendation was to reduce the assessment from $410 to $310.
History of Orders on Property: SA was issued on July 23, 2014 to remove garbage/rubbish which resulted in a work order and excessive consumption of inspection services.
