Amending Council File RLH AR 14-47 to delete the assessment for Graffiti Removal services from March 8 to April 9, 2014 at 902 SIXTH STREET EAST (File No. J1408P, Assessment No. 148407).

WHEREAS on August 6, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-47, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services from March 8 to April 9, 2014 at 902 Sixth Street East (File No. J1408P, Assessment No. 148407); and
WHEREAS, the property at 902 Sixth Street East, being described as: Dana and Humes Subdivision Blk 98 Etc. E 1 Ft of Lot 14 and All of Lot 13, with the property identification number 33-29-22-22-0087 was assessed an amount of $220.46; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there is a graffiti waiver on file; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $220.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 14-47 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
