WHEREAS, Lowertown Event Center, LLC d/b/a Lowertown Event Center (License ID #20140002105) applied for an Entertainment B license for the premises located at 400 Sibley Street, Suite L50 in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee also has a Liquor On Sale-181-290 Seats license and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license pending; and
WHEREAS, there were no objections received to the issuance of the Entertainment B license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Entertainment B license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that an Entertainment B license is hereby granted to Lowertown Event Center, LLC d/b/a Lowertown Event Center (License ID#20140002105) for the premises located at 400 Sibley Street, Suite L50 in Saint Paul.
