IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Saint Paul enter into Traffic Control Signal Maintenance Agreement 05974 with Minnesota Department of Transportation, Inver Grove Heights, West St. Paul and Dakota County for the following purposes:
To provide for the power, operation, and maintenance of the new Traffic Control Signal, Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption System, and Interconnect on Trunk Highway 952A (Robert Street) at Annapolis Street in the Cities of West St. Paul and St. Paul and in the Counties of Dakota and Ramsey, Minnesota.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Director of Public Works are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
