RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a joint powers agreement with the State of Minnesota - Department of Natural Resources to provide firefighters for conducting search and rescue services and fighting wildfires as provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department; a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
