It looks like this got flagged by SPPD as vacant and in need of boarding (~7/15).  Do we know if there's a report or time of day from them?  Do we have a time for the boarding from Respro?  Also, who was/is listed as the C of O responsible party, etc.  Looks like county and/or us wasn't up-to-date.  -MM

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ashley Whitney for Calhoun Ventures to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 588 COOK AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council Change to VB Category 1 and waive the VB fee until September 19, 2014 for owner to get new Fire C of O list re-instated; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
