WHEREAS on July 9, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-36, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal Services from January 24 to March 3, 2014 at 1825 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST. (File No. J1407P, Assessment No. 148406) at 1825 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST; and
WHEREAS, the property at 1825 University Avenue West, being described as: Hughes Midway Addition Tothe Lots 2o 21 And Lot 22, with the property identification number 33-29-23-24-0023 was assessed an amount of $230.46; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment since a graffiti waiver was received from owner; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $230.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Council File No. RLH AR 14-36 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
