RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department, is authorized to enter into a Multi-Agency Law Enforcement Joint Powers Agreement with the State of Minnesota acting through its Commissioner of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) for reimbursement of cost of police services provided for participation in the Minnesota Financial Crimes Task Force. The agreement will be entered into and a copy kept on file in the Office of Financial Services.
