RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 to Plaintiff Warajor Ojulu and his attorneys, Cody Law Group, the total sum of ten thousand dollars and no cents ($10,000.00) in full and final settlement of all his claims arising from a motor vehicle accident with a St. Paul squad car on February 4, 2011, against Monte J. Stonewall and the City of Saint Paul for all alleged damages, medical bills and attorney's fees referenced in Plaintiff's Complaint.
