Purpose of Appeal
Associated Bank is engaged in the sale of this property to a group led by Ryan Companies. The sale will be completed December, 2014. The current structure on this site will be demolished shortly thereafter. Given we have paid the fee for this property and several other vacant properties around it in the past we are hopeful St. Paul would consider dropping the fee for this asset in 2014.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of David Knight for Associated Bank, NA to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 234 SNELLING AVENUE NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
