Appeal of Brian and MaryClaire Edwards to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1227 NILES AVENUE.
Purpose of Appeal
We no longer require the C of O since we are not renting the property anymore and are moving back in as the owners. We intend to use it as our primary residence starting Sept. 1 after conducting repairs. I spoke to the office in the past (date not recorded) and told them I wanted to cancel the C of O application. I was not told of this process.

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
