Whereas, Commissioner Joan Grzywinski's current six-year term as a Board Member of the Saint Paul Port Authority ends on August 19, 2014; and
Whereas, the Port Authority desires that Commissioner Grzywinski's membership as a Port Authority Board commissioner continues through the end of the month of August to allow her to attend the August 26, 2014 Port Authority Board Meeting; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that he Saint Paul City Council therefore consents to and approves of the extension of Joan Grzywinski to serve on the Saint Paul Port Authority Board of Commissioners through the entire month of August 2014.
