RESOLVED, that the rate of pay for the classification of DSI Fire Safety Inspector II (formerly Fire Prevention Inspector I) be changed from that set forth in Grade 035 to that set forth in Grade 36L of Employee Group 02, AFSCME Technical Salary Schedule, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the change in the rate of pay will be retroactive to the first pay period following the date of the original job study determination.
FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
