WHEREAS on July 9, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-37, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree on Private Properties from the month of January 2014. (File No. 1406T, Assessment No. 149006); and
WHEREAS, the property at 396 Blair Avenue, being described as: Smiths Subdivision of Blks 2 6 7 and 8 Lot 58 Blk 8, with the property identification number 36-29-23-21-0067 was assessed an amount of $1,159.14; and
WHEREAS, the Forestry Department found a calculation error and recommends reducing the assessment from $1,159.14 to $597.07 ; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 14-37 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
