WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Gerald Kaluzny, Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, on behalf of James Frye to a Notice of Condemnation-Unfit for Human Habitation-Order to Vacate at 1755 GRACE LANE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until August 12, 2014 to vacate the property if only 2 of the sleeping rooms are used by the existing tenants and if the tenants take immediate repsonsibility for the removal of mattresses and other items in the exterior areas of the property deny the appeal and order the building vacated immediately based on the lack of compliance with conditions established in the Legislative Hearing process; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
