WHEREAS on June 18, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-30, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services from February 3 to 28, 2014 at 1300 Third Street East. (File No. J1408A, Assessment No. 148524); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1300 Third Street East, being described as: E.R. Bryants Subdivision of Blocks 15 and 16, Stinsons Francis St. Addition W 16 Ft of Lot 11 and All Lot 12 Blk 16, with the property identification number 34-29-22-23-0127 was assessed an amount of $320.00, and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment because owner made good faith effort to clean up the snow from the sidewalk and due to below zero temperatures and the corner being located on a busy bus line; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $320.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 14-30 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
