Appeal of Jason MacDonald to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 415 BAY STREET.
Purpose of Appeal
Appealing roof replace order. The plan is to add a 2nd story to the building in the near future (Next 24 to 36 months). Replacing now would waste material, etc. The roof has cupping but it is water tight. I would request that we can get a 36 month waiver on this as long as the roof continues to be water tight. Thanks.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Jason MacDonald to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy with Deficiencies at 415 BAY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until May 2016 to have the roof replaced unless the roof leaks sooner; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
