Purpose of Appeal
We need more time to complete the repairs. The previous tenants have lived there for 10+ years. Just recently vacant. Repairs inside and outside need to be completed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Mary Marrin to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1637 CONWAY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and the property owner will need a code compliance certificate to re-occupy the structure; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
