Purpose of Appeal
Item 1: We have obtained bids for repair and painting of the soffit and fascia. We will be selecting one within the next two weeks and the work will be completed as soon as the contractor is able. The remaining painting will be completed this season. Other items from the previous list have been completed.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
