Comments:  12/13/13 PO came to office to go over the orders.  Re-inspected on 2/6/14 and found several vehicles in the driveway and 2 on the rear of vacant lot on unapproved surface. PO did not block off area where cars can go over the curb and park on lot. He was supposed to combine lots and get a site plan for a legal parking area on the lot. Issued EC on 2/6/14 for non-compliance of orders.  File was closed on March 28, 2014.

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Excessive Use of Inspection services billed December 30 to February 6, 2014. (File No. J1404E, Assessment No. 148306) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
 
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
 
WHEREAS, a public hearing having been conducted for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, said assessment is hereby deleted.
