RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 to Plaintiff Carver Isabell and his attorney, Jennie M. Brown, Esq., the total sum of forty-three thousand dollars and no cents ($43,000.00) in full and final settlement of all his discrimination, retaliation and hostile work environment claims from his employment with the City of St. Paul for all alleged damages, medical bills and attorneys' fees referenced in Plaintiff's Complaint.
