Purpose of Appeal
I need clarity what needs to change & why. I also want to explain why items are being stored temporarily. I've built a car port which was called a "tent". I need to know whether it can be inspected and approved instead of removed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of John Hedlund to a Summary Abatement Order at 1436 WESTMINSTER STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the grant until August 1, 2014 to remove the cargo container and car port; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter grants until October 1, 2014 to remove the cargo container and car port.
