Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a lease agreement with the State of Minnesota for use of the Camp Ripley grounds.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Police Department (SPPD) wishes to enter into a Lease for the Use of Camp Ripley Grounds and Facilities and including meals with the State of Minnesota which includes an indemnification clause; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the council approves entering into this agreement and authorizes Chief Thomas Smith to implement the attached lease which includes an indemnification clause.
