Authorizing the City to enter into Cooperative Agreement, PW 2014-21, by and between the City and Ramsey County.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (City) and Ramsey County (County) desire to reconstruct and rebuild the intersection of Maryland Avenue at Payne Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Maryland Avenue, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid Highway 31 and is in the City; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Agreement PW 2014-21 defines the right of way acquisition, engineering, administrative, and cost participation responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul for implementation of the project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PW 2014-21, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
