WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-1071 accepted the Report of Completion for realigning Bayless Place between Raymond Avenue and Bayless Avenue and to eliminate a segment of Bayless Avenue between Bayless Place and Bayless Avenue (through the park). The project also included the installation of lantern style street lighting and new sidewalk along Bayless Place.

Final Order: RES PH 13-195 Approved: 09/04/2013
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 6, 2014 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
