Ratifying the assessments for various street improvements along Raymond Avenue from University Avenue to Hampden Avenue. (File No. 19097, Assessment No. 135200)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 14-1049 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for improvements on Raymond Avenue from University to Hampden by replacing the curbs and roadway surface between Charles and Hampden, re-alignment of the intersections at Bayless, Long and Ellis, installing a bicycle infrastructure and other traffic calming devices, improved pedestrian facilities, and lantern style lighting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 17, 2014 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
