Purpose of Appeal
Years ago a inspector told me to spread class 5 material on the parking area. I ordered a dump truck of class 5 material and spread it over the parking area. It has packed down and makes a nice parking area.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Brad Manor to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 304 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until July 1, 2014 to bring the parking area into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
