Purpose of Appeal
The reason of my appeal is simple. My trash pick-up day is suppose to be every Monday & my trash hasn't been picked up two Monday's in a row, April 28, 2014 & May 5th, 2014.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Sebrina Peterson to a Summary Abatement Order at 670 FIFTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
