WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Irwinna Mitsch to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 804 FOURTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal but will waive the vacant building fee for 90 days (fee was already forwarded to Real Estate for assessment, as it was unpaid; however, DSI will ask Real Estate to hold off on the fee for 90 days); Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
