Approving a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license with one condition for Bang Brewing Company, LLC, d/b/a Bang Brewing Company (License ID #20120004741) at 2320 Capp Road.

WHEREAS, Bang Brewing Company, LLC d/b/a Bang Brewing Company (License ID #20120004741) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 2320 Capp Road in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee currently has a Malt Off Sale (Brewery) and Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom) license at that location; and
WHEREAS, there were no residential properties within a three hundred and fifty (350) foot radius of the property; therefore, no consent petition or approval from the St. Anthony Park Community Council was required; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby granted to Bang Brewing Company, LLC d/b/a Bang Brewing Company for the premises located at 2320 Capp Road with the following condition:
1. Licensee shall install and maintain a barrier to delineate the outdoor seating area from the vehicle parking area. The barrier shall be installed prior to issuance of the license.
