Authorizing the Police Department to enter into the CAD Decommission and Transition agreement with Ramsey County.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department (SPPD) wishes to enter into the CAD Decommission and Transition agreement with Ramsey County; and
WHEREAS, this agreement shall establish the means the process of withdrawing SPPD'S Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system (Decommission) and establish transition processes, procedures and protocol for the Decommission; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Saint Paul City Council authorized the City of Saint Paul to enter into, and Chief Thomas E. Smith to implement the attached agreement with Ramsey County.
