RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of forty two thousand eighty seven dollars and no cents ($42,087.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff's claims in Clifton McWright v. David Quast and the City of Saint Paul, civil court file number 62-CV-13-3056 for all claims for damages, costs and attorney's fees arising from Plaintiff's encounter with Saint Paul police officers on March 31, 2014.
