Purpose of Appeal
I am appealing because I am going to be living at this home. I have been doing my best to get everything finished. This is a HUD home and I did not get my code compliance list until I purchased. I have had unforseen events happen that have slowed the rehabing process, however it is very much in motion and should not take too much longer.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Nicole Basta to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 537 SUPERIOR STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
