Purpose of Appeal
I have removed item 3 and item 4 on the letter the day the inspector was out. I also did #5 the next day (and #7). I took off work to meet the heating guy who did the heating inspection (#10) and Tony Seaton has the report. I do not. I also took off work a second time to meet the heater guy who handled #11 and revented the dryer. Items 6,8,9 need to be handled by Tony. I have complained about the mold since July 2013 and it has yet to be repaired. I can not find a new place to live (same price, space, amenities, etc.) in this short of a time.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Kimberly Prager to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 2093 CALIFORNIA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until June 15, 2014 for tenant(s) to vacate the building if it is not in compliance with the orders; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
