WHEREAS, on April 2, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 14-37, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on private properties as requested by the Property Owner during the months of September to December 2013. (File No. 1401LDSRP, Assessment No. 144000); and
WHEREAS, the property at 244 Marshall Avenue Unit 6, being described as: CIC No 540 Cathedral Terrace Condo Unit No R6 with the property identification number 01-28-23-11-0079 was assessed an amount of $3,520.00; and
WHEREAS, the St Paul Regional Water services recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was to be divided among six units not just one unit. Real Estate will re-assess to all six units at 244 Marshall Ave Units 1-6; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 14-37 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
