Approving adverse action against the Taxicab Driver license held by Scott B. Keller.
Body
WHEREAS, the Taxicab Driver license held by Scott B. Keller (License ID #20120001576) for the City of Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Revoke License dated April 17, 2014, stating the licensee was convicted on December 11, 2013,  in Ramsey County of Misdemeanor Domestic Assault - Inflict or Attempt Bodily Harm (Minn. Stat. § 609.2242.1(2)); and
 
WHEREAS, the incident took place inside the taxicab the licensee operated as a driver for Airport Taxi; and
WHEREAS, the licensee was placed on Probation to the Court on February 4, 2014, for a term of one year which is due to expire on February 4, 2015; and
WHEREAS, based on this information, the licensing office recommended license revocation per Saint Paul Legislative Code § 376.16 (e)(4)(a) and Saint Paul Legislative Code § 310.06 (b)(6)(c); and   
 
WHEREAS, licensee responded to the Notice of Intent to Revoke License to admit to the facts but contest the penalty and request a public hearing which was held on May 21, 2104; now therefore be it
 
RESOLVED, that the Taxicab Driver license held by Scott B. Keller for the City of Saint Paul is hereby revoked.
