(License ID #20140000679) at 2325 Endicott Street.

WHEREAS, for Urban Growler Brewing Co., LLC, d/b/a Urban Growler Brewing Co. (License ID #20140000679) applied for a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Malt Off Sale (Brewery), Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom) and an Entertainment A license for the premises located at 2325 Endicott Street, Unit 11 in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Anthony Park Community Council/District 12 sent a letter to DSI in support of the 45-day waiver to add a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Sale - Sunday, Malt Off Sale (Brewery), Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom) and a 30-day waiver to add an Entertainment A license with conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Sale - Sunday, Malt Off Sale (Brewery), Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom) and an Entertainment A license with conditions; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Sale - Sunday, Malt Off Sale (Brewery), Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom) and an Entertainment A license is hereby granted to Urban Growler Brewing Co., LLC, d/b/a Urban Growler Brewing Co. (License ID #20140000679) for the premises located at 2325 Endicott Street, Unit 11 in Saint Paul with the following conditions:
1. Licensee acknowledges that the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises on Sunday may only be done in conjunction with the sale of food, and is limited between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. (Midnight). On weekdays, (Monday thru Saturday) the sale of alcohol is limited to between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. (Midnight).
2. Arrangement for outdoor patio seating, including the number of seats, shall be in accordance with the approved site plan on file with the City.
ADDITIONAL LICENSE CONDITIONS FOR THE PROPOSED ENTERTAINMENT A LICENSE:
3. Entertainment activities must be conducted inside the licensed premises, in conjunction with the brewery and full service kitchen and operated at the same time that food and beverage service is provided to patrons seated at tables arranged as set forth in the DSI-approved floor plan.
4. Per City of Saint Paul Legislative Code § 411.02, the definition of Entertainment A is "Amplified or non-amplified music and/or singing by performers without limitation as to number, and group singing participated in by patrons of the establishment." (includes karaoke). Entertainment A license does not allow for patron and /or performance dances.
